Order & confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent once you have made your order, make sure that the information in the order confirmation matches what you have entered. If something with the order does not match or if you want to change entered information, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery

We deliver stocked products to within the European Union. If you wish to order from a country outside the European Union please contact our customer service at team@kaira.se and specify your issue.

The package is delivered with PostNord and you will receive a parcel number to your email address where you can trace the package.  We expect you to have your parcel delivered to your desired address between 1-3 working days in Sweden and 3-6 days for other destinations. If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox, you will receive a text message with information concerning when the parcel is ready to be picked up at your postal representative office.

Package not retrieved

Packages not retrieved are not covered by our Refund Policy and a fee of 49 SEK will be charged corresponding to the cost of the return to our warehouse. Goods delivered as postal parcels to the postal delivery point are notified by text message to your mobile phone and will remain for 14 days.

Damaged & Undelivered Packages

If your order has been damaged during delivery or if you miss your package, please contact us at team@kaira.se as soon as you notice deviation, with information about the fault and your order number. 

In the event of a dispute, we always comply with the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmäna Reklamationsnämnden) where Swedish distance and home sale law is applied. 

Minimizing Refunds

We want for your and the environment’s sake minimize the risk of returns, we recommend that you follow our size guide to find a suitable ring size. If you are going to purchase a gift for someone whose size you are unsure about, we believe the advice below would be helpful.

  • Measure a ring that the person in question already has
  • Ask others in the person's presence if they can help you in a creative way
  • Remember that our rings are beautiful on all fingers, if it does not fit on one finger, it can be used on another finger

Refund Policy

 We want you as a customer to feel comfortable with your purchase at Kaira Smycken and thereby offer you return shipping free of charge.

To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging which follows the same rules as the item(s). As a customer, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the package, in accordance to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

Contact our customer service about your order and we will send a return slip via e-mail. You can use the packaging you received when you want to return a package, otherwise we encourage you to use a package approved by Postnord. 

We are entitled to make a deduction of your refund if the product has been handled or used more than necessary. The amount deducted is decided on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged in any way.

Upon return, you will receive your money within 10 working days of deposited into the account that you have used for payment. The return administration is performed by Kaira Smycken AB’s customer service. The repayment is made by your payment provider.
